I'll share my reflections on the what, how and will of high performance. I'll talk about the value of clear objectives: vision, purpose and personal best; about planning: strategy, culture and teamwork; and about execution of plans; growth mindset, belief and resilience.

My standard key note talk lasts 40-50 minutes followed by a question and answer session.  I am happy to focus in greater detail on specific aspects if it relevant to a particular audience.

Coaching for newly appointed executives or leaders - whether internal or external hires, to help them to integrate fast and effectively, minimising disruption to the organization and bringing the executives and those around them up to maximum effectiveness quickly.
